Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zabawka w postaci taczki. Istota wzoru jest nowa postac zabawki, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie oraz ksztalcie poszczególnych jej elementów. Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniony jest na rysunkach, na których fig. 1 - przedstawia widok perspektywiczny taczki, fig. la - przedstawia widok taczki pokazanej z boku, fig. 1b - przedstawia widok perspektywiczny taczki, a fig. 3 - przedstawia widok perspektywiczny taczki z wyjetymi podpórkami, natomiast jako fig. 1c oraz 1d oznaczono dodatkowy material ilustracyjny przedstawiajacy zglaszany do ochrony wzór przemyslowy. Jak pokazano na rysunkach fig. 1, fig. la oraz fig. Ib oraz fotografiach 1 c i 1 d - podstawowy element zabawki stanowi pojemnik, przypominajacy ksztaltem odwrócony ostroslup o podstawie czworokatnej, którego dwie boczne sciany sa trójkatami, natomiast przednia i tylna sciana - sa czworokatami. W przedniej czesci pojemnika osadzono na wysiegniku os z umieszczonym na niej kolem o szerokiej oponie. Natomiast w tylnej czesci pojemnika osadzone sa symetrycznie dwa uchwyty z umieszczonymi na ich koncach elementami dostosowanymi do ksztaltu dloni dziecka. Ztylnej czesci pojemnika wyprowadzone sa w dól podpory, które stabilizuja taczke wówczas, gdy nie jest ona przemieszczana. Jak pokazano na rysunku, fig. Ib - podpory taczki sa mocowane w gniazdach - znajdujacych sie w tylnej czesci korpusu pojemnika taczki - poprzez wcisk. Mocne osadzenie sie tych elementów ulatwiaja zabki i wyciecia wykonane na tej czesci podpory, która jest osadzana w korpusie pojemnika taczki. Zgodnie z przedstawionym wyzej opisem wskazac nalezy nastepujace cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego, przedstawionego na rysunku fig. 1, fig. la i fig. Ib oraz fotografiach fig. le i fig. Id: - podstawowy element zabawki stanowi pojemnik, przypominajacy ksztaltem odwrócony ostroslup o podstawie czworokatnej, którego dwie boczne sciany sa trójkatami, natomiast przednia i tylna sciana sa czworokatami, - w przedniej czesci pojemnika osadzono jest na wysiegniku os z umieszczonym na niej kolem o szerokiej oponie, - w tylnej czesci pojemnika osadzone sa symetrycznie dwa uchwyty z umieszczonymi na ich koncach elementami dostosowanymi do ksztaltu dloni dziecka, - z tylnej czesci pojemnika wyprowadzone sa w dól podpory, które stabilizuja taczke wówczas, gdy nie jest ona przemieszczana, - podpory taczki sa mocowane w gniazdach znajdujacych sie w tylnej czesci korpusu pojemnika taczki, - mocne osadzenie sie podpór w korpusie pojemnika taczki ulatwiaja zabki i wyciecia wykonane na tej czesci podpory, która jest osadzana w korpusie taczki. The essence of the design is the new form of the toy, manifested in its shape and the shapes of its individual components. The subject of the design is shown in the drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of the wheelbarrow, Fig. 1a shows a side view of the wheelbarrow, Fig. 1b shows a perspective view of the wheelbarrow, and Fig. 3 shows a perspective view of the wheelbarrow with the supports removed. Figs. 1c and 1d indicate additional illustrative material representing the industrial design being protected. As shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 1a, and Fig. 1b, and photographs 1c and 1d, the basic element of the toy is a container resembling an inverted pyramid with a quadrangular base, whose two side walls are triangles, while the front and rear walls are quadrangles. The front of the container features an axle mounted on a boom with a wide-tire wheel. The rear of the container features two symmetrically mounted handles with elements at their ends adapted to the shape of a child's hand. Supports extend downward from the rear of the container, stabilizing the wheelbarrow when not in use. As shown in Figure 1b, the wheelbarrow supports are pressed into sockets located at the rear of the container body. Serrations and cutouts on the part of the support that is mounted in the container body facilitate a firm fit. According to the description presented above, the following essential features of the industrial design shown in Figure 1, Figure 1a and Figure 1b and photographs Figure 1e and Figure 1d should be indicated: - the basic element of the toy is a container resembling an inverted pyramid with a quadrangular base, the two side walls of which are triangles, while the front and rear walls are quadrangles, - in the front part of the container, an axle with a wheel with a wide tire is mounted on a boom, - in the rear part of the container, two symmetrically mounted handles are mounted on their ends with elements adapted to the shape of a child's hand, - from the rear part of the container, supports extend downwards to stabilize the wheelbarrow when it is not being moved, - the wheelbarrow supports are mounted in sockets located in the rear part of the wheelbarrow container body, - the supports are firmly embedded in the body The wheelbarrow container is easy to use thanks to the serrations and cutouts on the part of the support that is embedded in the wheelbarrow body.
