Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest podloze z powloka z termoczulego polimeru o zmiennym powinowactwie do wody (LCST) w zakresie 0-80°C oraz sposób jego wytwarzania przez immobilizacje na zmodyfikowanej powierzchni podloza bazowego nieorganicznego, korzystnie szklanego lub krzemowego, polimeru termoczulego z grupy homo i (ko)polimerów 2-podstawionych-2-oksazolin, przez szczepienie lancuchów monomeru 2-podstawionych -2-oksazolin z wytworzeniem powloki zwiazanej kowalencyjnie z funkcyjna grupa lacznika sililowego podloza bazowego. Immobilizacje polimeru prowadzi sie przez szczepienie inicjujace kationowa polimeryzacje od podloza lub terminujac polimeryzacje przez grupy funkcyjne na podloze, do wytworzenia na podlozu bazowym powloki o konformacji szczotki polimerowej i gestosci lancuchów 0,1-1,8 lancucha/nm2. Podloze z powloka termoczula utworzona z polimerów z grupy homo i (ko)polimerów 2-podstawionych -2-oksazolin jest przeznaczone dla hodowli komórkowych, zwlaszcza komórek skóry.The subject of the invention is a substrate made of a thermosensitive polymer coating with variable water affinity (LCST) in the range of 0-80 ° C and a method for its production by immobilization on a modified surface of an inorganic base substrate, preferably glass or silicon, a homo-sensitive thermosensitive polymer (co ) 2-substituted-2-oxazoline polymers, by grafting the 2-substituted -2-oxazoline monomer chains to form a coating covalently bonded to the silyl linker functional group of the base substrate.
