Abstract
Sposób wytwarzania biokomponentu oleju napędowego o polepszonych właściwościach niskotemperaturowych, w którym surowiec pochodzenia naturalnego zawierający olej tłuszczowy i/lub tłuszcz, przekształca się w procesie hydrokonwersji, polega na tym, że przed hydrokonwersją surowiec pochodzenia naturalnego modyfikuje się w procesie zeoformingu w obecności katalizatora zawierającego wodorową formę zeolitu ZSM-5, w temperaturze 150 - 460°C i ciśnieniu 0,1 - 3,0 MPa, przy objętościowym podawaniu surowca względem katalizatora (LHSV) 0,5 - 5,0 h-1 oraz przy ewentualnym podawaniu wodoru w ilości 150 - 1000 Nm3/m3 surowca. Zmodyfikowany w procesie zeoformingu surowiec poddaje się następnie hydrokonwersji do parafin w obecności katalizatora hydrorafinacji, najlepiej NiMo lub CoMo, przy ciśnieniu 2,0 - 9,0 MPa, prędkości objętościowej LHSV = 0,5 - 5,0 h-1, temperaturze 300 - 450°C oraz przy podawaniu do surowca gazu wodorowego w ilości 150 - 1000 Nm3/m3 surowca. W opisie ujawniono także kompozycję paliwa do silników wysokoprężnych zawierające ten biokomponent.
