Abstract

Walcarka ramowo - konsolowa, zwłaszcza do walcowania wzdłużnego wyrobów płaskich oraz kształtowych, składająca się z wałów głównych, kół zębatych, tulei ślizgowych, łożysk tocznych, motoreduktora, sprzęgła elastycznego palcowego, miernika momentu obrotowego oraz antypoślizgowych stóp wibroizolacyjnych, charakteryzuje się tym, że na ramie (1) w kształcie prostokąta, ustawionej na sześciu antypoślizgowych stopach (37) wibroizolacyjnych, przymocowana jest płyta (2) dolna, na której posadowiony jest stojak (4) zewnętrzny lewy, stojak (5) środkowy oraz stojak (6) zewnętrzny prawy, które od góry połączone są ze sobą płytą (3) spinającą górną, zaś w stojaku (4) zewnętrznym lewym oraz stojaku (5) środkowym osadzone są cztery jednakowe tuleje ślizgowe, w których umieszczone są mimośrodowe koła zębate, które zazębione są ze sobą, natomiast dolne mimośrodowe koła zębate zazębione są dodatkowo z kołami zębatymi ustawczymi, zamocowanymi na wałku ustawczym, który osadzony jest w tulejach ślizgowych, osadzonych w stojaku (4) zewnętrznym lewym oraz stojaku (5) środkowym, natomiast wewnątrz mimośrodowych kół zębatych osadzone są wewnętrzne tu1eje ślizgowe, w których znajdują się wały (7a, 7b) główne, zaś na obwodzie wału (7a) głównego górnego, w jego środkowej części, między tulejami umieszczony jest gładki walec (13a) górny.A frame-and-console rolling machine, especially for longitudinal rolling of flat and shaped products, consisting of main shafts, gears, sliding sleeves, rolling bearings, a gear motor, a flexible finger clutch, a torque meter and anti-slip vibration-insulating feet, is characterized in that a lower plate (2) is attached to a rectangular frame (1) set on six anti-slip vibration-insulating feet (37), on which an outer left stand (4), a middle stand (5) and an outer right stand (6) are mounted, which are connected to each other from the top by an upper connecting plate (3), while four identical sliding sleeves are mounted in the outer left stand (4) and the middle stand (5), in which eccentric gears are placed, which are meshed with each other, while the lower eccentric gears are additionally meshed with the gears setting, mounted on the setting shaft, which is mounted in sliding sleeves mounted in the left outer stand (4) and the middle stand (5), while inside the eccentric gears there are internal sliding sleeves mounted, in which the main shafts (7a, 7b) are located, and on the circumference of the upper main shaft (7a), in its middle part, between the sleeves there is a smooth upper cylinder (13a).
