Abstract
Sposób polega na mieszaniu wegla kamiennego mialowego w ilosci 40-70% wagowych z odpadami palnymi w ilosci 30-60% wagowych, zawierajacymi drewno, makulature, tworzywa sztuczne, tekstylia lub tym podobne, mieleniu mieszanki i jej prasowaniu. Czesc mieszanki w ilosci 10-40% wagowych poddaje sie znanemu procesowi niskotemperaturowego zgazowania, a otrzymany w tym procesie odpad, pozostalosc stala, kieruje sie do procesu mielenia z reszta mieszanki, natomiast pozostalosc ciekla jako lepiszcze, kieruje sie do procesu prasowania.The method involves mixing 40-70 wt.% Coal dust with 30-60 wt.% Combustible waste containing wood, waste paper, plastics, textiles or the like, grinding the mixture and pressing it. Part of the mixture in the amount of 10-40% by weight is subjected to the known process of low-temperature gasification, and the waste obtained in this process, solid residue, goes to the milling process with the rest of the mixture, while the liquid residue as a binder goes to the pressing process.
