Abstract

Zespół łapki przenosząco-podającej z rolką obrotową zwłaszcza do przenoszenia i sortowania owoców lub warzyw o przekroju koła lub elipsy charakteryzuje się tym, że posiada korpus nośny (1), do którego przymocowana jest gumowa rolka obrotowa (2) osadzona na stalowym sworzniu (3) oraz ruchomy wieszak (4) z koszyczkiem podającym (5) uruchamianym dźwignią (6), gdzie dźwignia (6) poprzez działanie siły na wieszak (4) zostaje uniesiona do góry opierając się o górny ogranicznik (14), co powoduje oparcie się dźwigni (6) ogranicznik (14), a następnie uchylenie się koszyczka (5) w kierunku poprzecznym do toru transportu, natomiast pomiędzy wieszakiem (4), a koszyczkiem podającym (5) zamontowana jest sprężyna skrętna (10), służąca do wytworzenia siły niezbędnej do powrotu koszyczka podającego (5) do pozycji wyjściowej, który przymocowany jest za pomocą ramienia łączącego ruchomo do wieszaka (4) z prawej swojej strony przy pomocy sworznia ze sprężyną skrętną (10), gdzie wieszak (4) mocowany jest do korpusu nośnego (1) wahliwie, przy pomocy dwóch łączników (7 i 8), ponadto koszyczek podający (5) ma kształt kielichowatego gniazda składającego się z trzech elementów stałych, tzw. wąsów, połączonych ramieniem łączącym, które podtrzymują od spodu produkt.
