Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest kompozyt do ekstrudowania profili okiennych skladajacy sie z polichlorku winylu w ilosci 100 czesci wagowych, stabilizatora w ilosci od 2,5 do 4,5 czesci wagowych, modyfikatora akrylowego w ilosci od 5,0 do 6,5 czesci wagowych przy czym korzystnie gdy 50% modyfikatora stanowi chlorowany polietylen, stabilizatora koloru w ilosci od 3,5 do 4,5 czesci wagowych, wypelniacza w ilosci od 7 do 30 czesci wagowych. W miejsce modyfikatora akrylowego i stabilizatora koloru stosuje sie alternatywnie chlorowany polietylen w ilosci od 5,0 do 6,5 czesci wagowych. Sposób wytwarzania kompozytu polega na tym, ze prowadzi sie proces mieszania polichlorku winylu, stabilizatora, modyfikatora, wypelniacza na goraco do osiagniecia temperatury 80-85°C, po czym dodaje sie korzystnie stabilizator koloru, a po osiagnieciu temperatury 120-130°C mieszanine poddaje procesowi schladzania do temperatury 40-50°C, ekstruduje, kalibruje w roztworze powyzej 9 pH, po czym dalsza obróbke prowadzi w znany sposób.The subject of the invention is a composite for extruding window profiles consisting of polyvinyl chloride in an amount of 100 parts by weight, a stabilizer in an amount of 2.5 to 4.5 parts by weight, an acrylic modifier in an amount of 5.0 to 6.5 parts by weight, preferably when 50% of the modifier is chlorinated polyethylene, a color stabilizer in an amount of 3.5 to 4.5 parts by weight, a filler in an amount of 7 to 30 parts by weight. Instead of the acrylic modifier and the color stabilizer, alternatively chlorinated polyethylene in an amount of 5.0 to 6.5 parts by weight is used. The method of producing the composite consists in the process of mixing polyvinyl chloride, stabilizer, modifier, filler hot until reaching a temperature of 80-85 ° C, after which preferably a color stabilizer is added, and after reaching a temperature of 120-130 ° C the mixture is subjected to cooling process to a temperature of 40-50 ° C, extruded, calibrated in a solution above 9 pH, after which further processing is carried out in a known manner.
