Sposób otrzymywania tripolifosforanu sodu o wysokiej gestosci nasypowej zawierajacego Faze I, Faze II lub ich mieszanine polega na tym, ze miesza sie wysuszone rozpylowo ortofosforany sodu z woda przy stosunku wagowym suszone ortofosforany do wody od 1:0,4 do 1:0,6 oraz z recyrkulowanym pylistym tripolifosforanem sodu zawierajacym co najmniej 75% frakcji o uziarnieniu ponizej 0,25 mm, zawierajacym czyste Fazy I i II lub ich mieszanine, przy stosunku wagowym suszone ortofosforany i recyrkulowany produkt od 1,0:0,9 do 1:1,5, po czym taka mieszanine kalcynuje sie przez co najmniej 60 minut w temperaturach okolo 350-550°C.The method of obtaining high-density sodium tripolyphosphate containing Phase I, Phase II or a mixture thereof is that spray-dried sodium orthophosphate is mixed with water at a weight ratio of dried orthophosphate to water from 1: 0.4 to 1: 0.6 and with recirculated dust sodium tripolyphosphate containing at least 75% of the fraction with a grain size below 0.25 mm, containing pure Phases I and II or a mixture thereof, at a weight ratio of dried orthophosphates and recirculated product from 1.0: 0.9 to 1: 1, 5, after which the mixture is calcined for at least 60 minutes at temperatures around 350-550 ° C.
