Abstract

Głowica formująca urządzenia do wytwarzania pelet opałowych lub paszowych, zawierająca płytę matrycy z wieloma tulejami formującymi, rozmieszczonymi centrycznie względem wału napędowego, przy czym z matrycą współpracuje osadzony na wale napędowym mechanizm z rolkami gniotącymi, które są ułożyskowane i wyposażone po obwodzie w stemple formujące, wchodzące przy obrocie rolek w odpowiednie tuleje formujące matrycy, charakteryzuje się tym, że każda z rolek gniotących (7) ma stożkowo ukształtowaną powierzchnię boczną i jest stabilnie połączona z mechanizmem obrotowym (3), przy czym kąt α pochylenia osi każdej z rolek gniotących (7) względem płaszczyzny matrycy (2) wynosi od 2,5 do 25°. Każdy ze stempli formujących głowicy ma kształtową powierzchnię roboczą.
