Abstract
Urządzenie do oznaczania redukcyjności rud żelaza, posiadające trójstrefowy elektryczny piec pionowy (1) z przełączanym kaskadowym układem regulacji temperatury, retortę (2) z podwójnym płaszczem, w której umieszczona jest badana próbka rudy z termoelementem umieszczonym w środku próbki, wagę (3) do ważenia retorty podczas procesu, instalację podającą gaz redukcyjny do retorty oraz komputer sterujący procesem, posiada szafę (4) i stelaż (5), mieszczące w sobie butle ze sprężonymi gazami, oraz stabilną stalową ramę (6), umieszczoną nad piecem (1), na której znajduje się waga (3) osłonięta od góry osłoną, a od dołu górną ścianą ramy (6). W ramie (6) wykonany jest otwór, przez który przechodzi zaczep układu ważącego, osłonięty stożkowym elementem (16), zaś do pieca (1) przymocowany jest transporter (18) do automatycznego przenoszenia retorty (2). Ponadto do bocznej ściany pieca (1) przymocowany jest boks chłodzący (17), a na bocznej krawędzi ramy (6) umieszczony jest podajnik (16), podtrzymujący przewody gazowe, doprowadzające i odprowadzające gaz do wymiennika ciepła umieszczonego na retorcie (2).A device for determining the reduction of iron ores, having a three-zone electric vertical furnace (1) with a switchable cascade temperature control system, a retort (2) with a double jacket in which the ore sample is placed with a thermocouple placed in the middle of the sample, scales (3) for weighing retort during the process, an installation supplying reducing gas to the retort and a computer controlling the process, it has a cabinet (4) and a rack (5) containing cylinders with compressed gases, and a stable steel frame (6) placed above the furnace (1), on where the balance (3) is located, covered from the top with a cover, and from the bottom with the upper wall of the frame (6). In the frame (6) there is a hole through which the hook of the weighing system passes, covered with a conical element (16), and a conveyor (18) for automatic transfer of the retort (2) is attached to the furnace (1). In addition, a cooling box (17) is attached to the side wall of the furnace (1), and a feeder (16) is placed on the side edge of the frame (6), supporting gas ducts supplying and discharging gas to the heat exchanger located on the retort (2).
