Abstract
Sposób oczyszczania pouzytkowych odpadów poliolefinowych, obejmuje wymywanie zanieczyszczen, suszenie oczyszczonego polimeru i destylacje rozpuszczalnika. Odpady polimerowe zawierajace frakcje olejowe o temperaturze wrzenia 50÷280°C w sklad której moga wchodzic pochodne kwasów tluszczowych, poddaje sie w temperaturze 15÷40°C (korzystnie 20÷30°C), przez 0,5÷5 godzin (korzystnie 1÷3 godzin) dzialaniu rozpuszczalnika organicznego w stosunku masowym 1:1 do 1:5, a nastepnie oczyszczony polimer suszy sie do stalej masy, zas mieszanine z procesu oczyszczania poddaje sie procesowi destylacji odzyskujac jako destylat zastosowany rozpuszczalnik oraz frakcje olejowa, które moga byc ponownie wykorzystane.The method of purifying post-consumer polyolefin waste includes leaching of impurities, drying of the purified polymer, and solvent distillation. Polymer waste containing oil fractions with a boiling point of 50 ÷ 280 ° C, which may contain fatty acid derivatives, is subjected to a temperature of 15 ÷ 40 ° C (preferably 20-30 ° C) for 0.5 ÷ 5 hours (preferably 1 ÷ 3 hours) by the action of an organic solvent in a mass ratio of 1: 1 to 1: 5, and then the purified polymer is dried to a constant mass, while the mixture from the purification process is subjected to the distillation process recovering as the distillate the solvent used and the oil fractions, which may be again used.
