Sposób otrzymywania trójpolifosforanu sodu przy zmiennym stosunku molowym tlenku sodu i pieciotlenku fosforu polega na tym, ze do stezonego kwasu fosforowego dodaje sie stopniowo, przy ciaglym mieszaniu i rozcieraniu, sode amoniakalna w takiej ilosci, by stosunek molowy Na2O/P2O5 wynosil od 1,57 do 1,77 do otrzymania konsystencji produktu sypkiego, zawierajacego stale wodorofosforany sodu, po czym dodaje sie, przy ciaglym mieszaniu, recyrkulowany gotowy produkt trójpolifosforanu sodu przy stosunku wagowym recyrkulatu do wsadu od 0 do 5/1, a nastepnie prowadzi sie bezposrednia kalcynacje tej mieszaniny w kalcynatorze.The method of obtaining sodium tripolyphosphate with a variable molar ratio of sodium oxide and phosphorus pentoxide is that to the concentrated phosphoric acid is gradually added, with continuous mixing and trituration, ammonia soda in such an amount that the Na2O / P2O5 molar ratio is from 1.57 to 1.77 to obtain a consistency of a loose product, containing solid sodium hydrogen phosphates, after which, with continuous stirring, the recirculated finished product of sodium tripolyphosphate is added at a weight ratio of recirculate to feed from 0 to 5/1, followed by direct calcination of this mixture in calciner.
