Urzadzenie charakteryzuje sie tym, ze strona goraca pompy ciepla polaczona jest z oddalona chlodnica (2) poprzez co najmniej jeden cieplowód (3), przy czym co najmniej jeden radiator strony zimnej (1) pompy ciepla polaczony jest ze strona zimna pompy ciepla, natomiast strona goraca pompy ciepla polaczona jest z parownikiem (6) co najmniej jednego cieplowodu (3).The water-heating and cooling device is used in telecommunications access cabinets and is used to maintain the temperature within the required range inside the battery chamber of telecommunications access cabinets (ONU and SDA) operating in outdoor atmospheric conditions.
