Abstract
Sposób wytwarzania tulei przelotowej polega na podgrzaniu materialu wsadowego, umieszczeniu go w cylindrycznej matrycy pomiedzy dwa wspólosiowo zamocowane stemple (1, 2) o zróznicowanej srednicy, po czym material poddaje sie procesowi wyciskania poprzez posuw stempla górnego (1), przy nieruchomym stemplu dolnym (2), do momentu otrzymania w materiale wsadowym otworu o srednicy mniejszej niz srednica stempla dolnego (2), a nastepnie stemplem górnym (1) wykonuje sie dalszy proces wyciskania tulei przy jednoczesnym usuwaniu z matrycy (3) tulei prowadzacej (5) i osadzonego w niej stempla dolnego (2) az do momentu pasowego wejscia stempla górnego (1) w tuleje oporowa (7) i otrzymania tulei przelotowej (4) o otworze odpowiadajacym srednicy stempla górnego (1).The method of producing a through sleeve consists in heating the input material, placing it in a cylindrical matrix between two axially attached punches (1, 2) with a different diameter, after which the material is subjected to the extrusion process by the upper punch feed (1), with the stationary lower punch (2) ), until a hole with a diameter smaller than the diameter of the bottom punch (2) is obtained in the input material, and then the upper punch (1) is followed by a further squeezing process of the sleeve with simultaneous removal from the matrix (3) of the guide sleeve (5) and embedded in it the lower punch (2) until the upper punch belt (1) enters the thrust sleeve (7) and a through sleeve (4) is obtained with a hole corresponding to the diameter of the upper punch (1).
