Abstract

Uklad przetwarzania polegajacego na gromadzeniu w kondensatorze próbkujacym (Cn) ladunku elektrycznego dostarczanego za pomoca wejscia ladunku (InQ), a nastepnie realizowaniu procesu redystrybucji tego ladunku, przez zmiany stanów sygnalów z wyjsc sterujacych oraz przypisaniu odpowiednich wartosci bitom slowa cyfrowego zawiera zespól redystrybucji (A), sekcje kondensatora próbkujacego (An), modul sterujacy (CM), dwa komparatory (K1, K2) oraz zródlo pradowe (J), polaczone w znany sposób. Uklad charakteryzuje sie tym, ze w sekcji kondensatora próbkujacego (An) jest przylaczony dodatkowy kondensator próbkujacy (CnA), przelaczniki okladek (STn, STnA, SBn, SBnA) oraz wejscie ladunku (InQ) i lacznik wejsciowy (SQ). Ponadto, analogicznie jak do kondensatora próbkujacego (Cn) do kondensatora (Cn-1) o najwiekszej pojemnosci w zespole redystrybucji jest przylaczony dodatkowy kondensator (Cn-1A) o najwiekszej pojemnosci w zespole redystrybucji oraz przelaczniki okladek (STn-1, STn-1A, SBn-1, SBn-1A).
