Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób otrzymywania modyfikatorów cieklych zywic epoksydowych i uniepalniania nimi tych zywic, przyjaznych dla srodowiska, zapewniajacych uzyskanie dobrych wlasciwosci mechanicznych i dobrej odpornosci na plomien gotowych kompozytów. Sposób otrzymywania modyfikatorów cieklych zywic epoksydowych i uniepalniania nimi tych zywic zgodnie z wynalazkiem charakteryzuje sie tym, ze pochodna alkilowa lub arylowa fosforanu glinu rozpuszcza sie w alifatycznej poliaminie, korzystnie przy stosunku molowym 0, 1:30 w temperaturze 20 do 130°C, przy czym w przypadku prowadzenia reakcji w temperaturze powyzej 60°C korzystne jest zastosowanie poduszki gazu obojetnego i po zakonczeniu reakcji produkt oczyszcza sie przez odsaczenie. Tak otrzymany roztwór, jako modyfikator, wprowadzany jest do maloczasteczkowej zywicy epoksydowej o liczbie epoksydowej 0,4 do 0,6 moli/100g w ilosci 10 do 14% masowych dokladnie mieszajac az do calkowitego rozpuszczenia i odlewa sie ksztaltki, a nastepnie utwardza w temperaturze pokojowej przez co najmniej 20 godzin. Z kolei prowadzi sie dodatkowe utwardzenie kompozycji w podwyzszonej temperaturze 80 do 100°C, korzystnie w 100°C przez 3 do 6 godzin.
