Abstract

Sposób utylizacji malocennych gatunków ryb jeziorowych charakteryzuje sie tym, ze odlowione malocenne gatunki ryb ichtiofauny jeziorowej oraz sniete ryby po przydusze poddaje sie kompostowaniu z organicznymi materialami strukturalnymi w ilosci od 20 do 30% suchej masy ryb w taki sposób, ze uklada sie najpierw material organiczny, nastepnie material organiczny zmieszany z rybami, nastepnie przykrywa sie materialem organicznym i utrzymuje sie mase kompostowa do zrównania jej temperatury z temperatura otoczenia w stalej wilgotnosci wynoszacej od 60% do 70%. Korzystnie calosc masy kompostowej posypuje sie weglem brunatnym w ilosci od 0,5% do 1,5% suchej masy kompostowanych materialów. Korzystnie organicznymi materialami strukturalnymi sa sloma lub trociny lub kora.
