Abstract

Wynalazek cechuje zwiekszona funkcjonalnosc pod wzgledem analizy sygnalów pochodzacych od wykrywanych gazów oraz prostsza i tansza budowa. Istota komory polega na tym, ze ma dwie strefy, strefe IMS (3) oraz strefe DMS (4). W obszarze jonizacyjnym (5) strefy IMS usytuowane jest zródlo jonizacji (7), w obszarze dryftowym (6) strefy IMS, oprócz elektrody zbiorczej (9), znajduje sie elektroda sterujaca (8). Elektroda sterowana jest napieciem, zmieniajacym sie w ustalonym cyklu. W strefie DMS usytuowane sa elektrody sterujace (11) oraz elektrody zbiorcze (12).
