Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest adiabatyczna, mechaniczno-biologiczna oczyszczalnia scieków, przeznaczona do oczyszczania scieków komunalnych. Oczyszczalnie tworzy walcowy zbiornik reaktora beztlenowego (1) z umieszczonym posrodku walcowym zbiornikiem reaktora tlenowego (2). Scieki doprowadzane sa do wstepnej strefy (3a) reaktora beztlenowego (1) przez wlot (4) i sa wstepnie rozbijane na plycie zderzeniowej (5). Dalej scieki przeplywaja grawitacyjnie do wstepnie klarujacej strefy (3b) reaktora, oddzielonej od nastepnych stref sciana (7), w której znajduja sie zespoly syfonów klarujacych (8), polaczonych z flotatorami powietrznymi (9). Nastepnie scieki, dzieki umieszczeniu wlotu w syfonach (8) na odpowiedniej wysokosci, przeplywaja do drugiej strefy (11) reaktora beztlenowego (1), a stamtad do strefy trzeciej (12) poprzez syfony (13), znajdujace sie na przegrodzie (14), oddzielajacej strefe druga (11) od strefy trzeciej (12) reaktora beztlenowego (1). Ze strefy trzeciej (12) praktycznie calkowicie sklarowane scieki sa podawane cyklicznie przez powietrzny podnosnik cieczy (15) do reaktora tlenowego (2) biologicznych procesów oczyszczania scieków. Sklarowane scieki poprzez uklad dozujacy wplywaja pionowa rura glówna do dolnej czesci reaktora tlenowego (2). Po zakonczeniu cyklu dozowania scieki sa podawane, za pomoca pompy wirnikowej poprzez rurociag tloczny, do górnej czesci reaktora tlenowego (2). Tam systemem poziomych rurociagów doplywaja do zraszaczy cyklonowych, gdzie na poziomych rurociagach przed dyszami cyklonowymi zraszaczy znajduja sie strumienice inzektorowe. Pod zlozem biologicznym znajduje sie osadnik wtórny i przewód (24), odprowadzajacy oczyszczane scieki na zewnatrz. Osad ze zbiornika, wtórnego jest przewodem transportowany do wstepnej strefy (3a). Zloze biologiczne jest napowietrzane mechanicznie przez spiralny dyfuzor (26), umieszczony pod tym zlozem.
