Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest polaczenie konstrukcyjne skrzydla drzwi z oscieznica, którego zadaniem jest zapewnienie zróznicowanej, w zaleznosci od potrzeb, izolacyjnosci termicznej przy wykorzystaniu tych samych bazowych profili oscieznicy i skrzydla drzwi. W jednym z rozwiazan polaczenie konstrukcyjne skrzydla drzwi z oscieznica, zlozone jest z cienkosciennego profilu oscieznicy i cienkosciennego profilu skrzydla drzwi utworzonego z przestrzennego wielokomorowego profilu okalajacego wklad szybowy zabezpieczony na obwodzie termicznym wkladem izolacyjnym oraz uszczelnionego z jednej strony wkladu szybowego przez zewnetrzna przyszybowa uszczelke, natomiast z drugiej strony uszczelnionego przez przyszybowa wewnetrzna uszczelke dociskana przyszybowa listwa. Cienkoscienny profil (3) oscieznicy (2) ma trzy zamkniete komory (9), (10), (11), gdzie wewnetrzna komora (10) ma naprzeciwlegle trapezowe gniazda (12), (12') dla nierozlacznego polaczenia z trapezowymi wypustami (13), (13') przekladek (14), (15) natomiast cienkoscienny profil (4) skrzydla drzwi (1) ma trzy zamkniete komory (16), (17), (18), gdzie wewnetrzna komora (17) ma trapezowe gniazda (19), (19') dla nierozlacznego polaczenia z trapezowymi wypustami (20), (20') profilowych przekladek (21), (22), przy czym wewnatrz przestrzeni (23) pomiedzy skrzydlem drzwi (1) i oscieznica (2) znajduja sie maskujace uszczelki (24), (24'), których profilowe, trapezowe wypusty (25), (25') umieszczone sa w gniazdach (26), (26') o przekroju w ksztalcie rombu profilowej przekladki (15), (21), przy czym pomiedzy skrzydlem drzwi (1) i oscieznica (2) sa przymykowe uszczelki (8), (8').
