Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest izolacyjny wezel konstrukcyjny polaczenia dolnej czesci skrzydla drzwi i progu, którego zadaniem jest zapewnienie wysokiej izolacyjnosci termicznej i szczelnosci na wiatr oraz wode opadowa polaczenia dolnej czesci skrzydla drzwi z progiem drzwiowym. Izolacyjny wezel konstrukcyjny polaczenia dolnej czesci skrzydla drzwi (1) i progu (25) zlozony jest ze skrzydla drzwiowego (1), utworzonego z ksztaltowego, przestrzennego wielokomorowego profilu (2), w górnej czesci którego znajduje sie wklad szybowy (3), zabezpieczony od dolu termicznym wkladem izolacyjnym (4) oraz uszczelniony z jednej strony wkladu szybowego przez zewnetrzna przyszybowa uszczelke (5), natomiast z drugiej strony przez wewnetrzna przyszybowa uszczelke (6) i listwe przyszybowa (7). Dolna czesc ksztaltowego, przestrzennego, wielokomorowego profilu (2) podzielona jest na trzy zamkniete komory (8, 9, 10), z których srodkowa komora (9) o obrysie prostokata ma w górnej i dolnej czesci trapezowe gniazda (11, 11') dla nierozlacznego posadowienia trapezowych zakonczen (59, 59') profilowych przekladek (12, 12'), w srodkowej czesci których sa trapezowe wybrania (13, 13') dla rozlacznego osadzenia trapezowych zakonczen (14, 14') termicznej przegrody (15). Zewnetrzna czesc (16) profilowej przekladki (12') ma dwa wybrania (17, 17') o przekroju w ksztalcie rombu dla rozlacznego osadzenia w nich trapezowych wypustów (18, 18') górnej progowej uszczelki (19), zaopatrzonej w zamknieta, odksztalcalna komore (20). Odksztalcalna komora (20) styka sie z dolna progowa uszczelka (24) progu (25) polaczonego rozlacznie z montazowym profilem (26) oslonietym izolacyjna folia (27), której profilowe, trapezowe wypusty (28, 28') umieszczone sa w gniazdach (29, 29') o przekroju w ksztalcie litery "T" montazowego profilu (26), zaopatrzonego w dolnej czesci w gniazdo (30) o przekroju w ksztalcie litery "T" dla kotwy (31), mocowanej rozlacznie w podlozu (32). Próg (25) podzielony jest na ksztaltowe komory (33, 34, 35), gdzie w komorze (33), zaopatrzonej w trapezowe gniazda (36, 37) osadzone sa trapezowe wypusty (38, 39) przekladek (40, 41), pomiedzy którymi znajduje sie przegroda termiczna (42), natomiast w komorze (34), znajdujacej sie nad komora (35), jest osadzona rozlacznie maskownica (43) o pofalowanej zewnetrznej powierzchni (44), zaopatrzona w rowek (45) dla zakonczenia (46) górnej komory (34).
