Przedmiotem wynalazku jest izolacyjna plyta wentylowana, szczególnie do termoizolacji budynków, zapewniajaca skuteczne wentylowanie scian, odprowadzanie wilgoci, a nawet osuszanie zawilgoconych murów starych budynków. Plyta izolacyjna jest korzystnie plyta styropianowa, fazowana na krawedziach (3), przy czym jej plaska strona tworzy powierzchnie pod wyprawy elewacyjne, natomiast po drugiej stronie znajduja sie zebra dystansowe (2). Po zamocowaniu do sciany pomiedzy zebrami (2) powstaja kanaly wentylujace, a uklad wpust-wystep (1, 4) ulatwia liniowe ustawienie kanalów.
