Abstract
Modul charakteryzuje sie tym, ze stanowi zestaw elementów: wewnetrznego (8) i zewnetrznego (9) z gazobetonu polaczonego ze styropianem w formie stalej, wykonczonych dwustronnie plyta silikonowo-wapienna (5) o duzej gladkosci powierzchni na kazdej plaszczyznie elementu wewnetrznego (8) i elementu zewnetrznego (9), które sa wyposazone we wpusty i wypusty do laczenia nastepnych modulów sciany budynku za pomoca kleju w postaci pianki. Element wewnetrzny (8) i element zewnetrzny (9) modulu sciany jest osadzony w listwie stalowej (4) w ksztalcie litery "u" posadowionej na fundamencie budynku. W czesci górnej element wewnetrzny (8) i element zewnetrzny (9) posiadaja wience (1) po obu stronach i sa laczone ze soba za pomoca sruby (2), przy czym szczelina dylatacyjna pomiedzy elementami (8) i (9) jest wypelniona znanym materialem izolacyjnym (3) w postaci waty mineralnej przyklejonej do elementu wewnetrznego (8) modulu sciany.The module is characterized by the fact that it is a set of elements: internal (8) and external (9) made of aerated concrete combined with foamed polystyrene in solid form, finished on both sides with a silicon-lime slab (5) with a high surface smoothness on each plane of the internal element (8) and external element (9), which are equipped with inlets and outlets for connecting the next modules of the building wall with the use of foam adhesive. The internal element (8) and external element (9) of the module wall are embedded in a steel strip (4) in the shape of the letter "u" mounted on the foundation of the building. In the upper part, the internal element (8) and the external element (9) have a wreath (1) on both sides and are connected to each other by means of a screw (2), the expansion gap between the elements (8) and (9) being filled with known with insulating material (3) in the form of mineral wool adhered to the internal element (8) of the wall module.
