Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest samogaszaca plyta warstwowa, majaca zastosowanie jako element konstrukcji sciennych lub/i dachowych, zwlaszcza hal produkcyjnych, magazynowych lub uslugowych. Samogaszaca plyta warstwowa, zaopatrzona w rdzen oraz usytuowane pod powierzchnia okladziny wewnetrzne rury przeplywowe, które rozmieszczone sa na jednej stronie powierzchni rdzenia, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze wewnetrzne rury przeplywowe polaczone sa wypustami z usytuowanymi na zewnatrz plyty, w otworach wykonanych w okladzinie, urzadzeniami tryskaczowymi (4). Na wlocie do ukladu wewnetrznych rur przeplywowych znajduje sie zawór dolotowy (5), natomiast na wylocie usytuowany jest zawór wylotowy (6). Urzadzenia tryskaczowe (4) rozmieszczone sa po jednej stronie plyty punktowo lub/i po obwodzie plyty lub/i centralnie, przy czym gestosc rozmieszczenia urzadzen tryskaczowych (4) zalezy od obciazenia ogniowego obiektu. Rury przeplywowe sa wykonane z materialu odpornego na wysoka temperature i chronione sa powloka zewnetrzna plyty.
