Abstract

Sposób otrzymywania estrów syntetycznych z powstałego w procesie utleniania cykloheksanu strumienia ciekłego zawierającego kwasy, nadtlenki, estry kwasu hydroksykapronowego, estry cykloheksanodioli, laktony, produkty kondensacji związków cyklicznych a także wodę, charakteryzuje się tym, że strumień ciekły poddaje się wstępnemu procesowi redukcji związków nadtlenowych i nadkwasów przy pomocy wodno-metanolowego roztworu aldehydu mrówkowego, po czym zredukowane produkty poddaje się procesowi estryfikacji w obecności katalizatora oraz metanolu. Następnie mieszaninę poestryfikacyjną poddaje się procesowi destylacji po czym otrzymane destylaty transestryfikuje się z alkoholami wielowodorotlenowymi.
