Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest system do kolorowego znakowania metali za pomocą lasera zawierający laser (L) generujący wiązkę laserową (W), która jest kierowana przez sterowany elektronicznie element korygujący dywergencję wiązki (V) następnie przez lustra galvo-skanera lub plotera (X) i (Y) zmieniające kąt wiązki albo w układzie plotera przesuwające wiązkę i następnie poprzez optykę (F) na znakowaną powierzchnię (S) w odległości (D) od optyki (F) charakteryzujący się tym, że zawiera jednostkę sterującą (U) do odczytu sygnału proporcjonalnego do mocy (2) odczytywanego za pomocą głowicy miernika mocy (P), do którego korzystnie część wiązki laserowej jest kierowana z lustra odprzęgającego (M), które jest umieszczone w torze wiązki laserowej pomiędzy lustrami galvo-skanera (X) (Y) a powierzchnią (S), korzystnie przed albo za optyką (F), oraz do odczytu sygnału proporcjonalnego do odległości (1) z czujnika odległości (DS), oraz do wysyłania sygnałów sterujących odchyleniem wiązki (3) i (4) oraz jej dywergencji (5) w lustrach galvo-skanera (Y) i (X), oraz do wysyłania sygnału sterowania mocą (6) lasera (L), przy czym jednostka jest sterowana za pomocą urządzenia sterującego, korzystnie komputera (K) oraz sposób kolorowego znakowania metali wykorzystujący system. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest również sposób kolorowego znakowania metali.
