Abstract
Sposób diagnozowania procesu wtrysku paliwa w silniku o zaplonie samoczynnym charakteryzuje sie tym, ze bez ingerencji w uklad wtryskowy, w bliskim sasiedztwie wtryskiwacza, dokonuje sie pomiaru impulsów energii sygnalu fali sprezystej emisji akustycznej, generowanej przez uklad wtryskowy a nastepnie sygnal rejestruje sie w formie ciagu 50000 próbek cyfrowych, po czym dokonuje sie utworzenia dwukrotnie wiekszej liczby próbek poprzez wstawienie próbek o sredniej wartosci z próbek najblizszych, a nastepnie dokonuje sie podzialu na segmenty po 50 próbek, zwanych oknami czasowymi, o czasie trwania pól milisekundy, i dodanie po 150 próbek zerowych na poczatku i na koncu kazdego segmentu, po czym dodaje sie w segmentach funkcje okna Hanninga i dokonuje sie w segmentach przeksztalcenia Fouriera w celu znalezienia po 50 prazków widma o szerokosci 0,5 Hz, a nastepnie dokonuje sie wykreslenia spektrogramu funkcji czasu i czestotliwosci, a tak uzyskana charakterystyke, poddaje sie analizie w okreslonych pasmach czestotliwosci, w których wystepuje najwyzsza energia sygnalu. Uklad do diagnozowania procesu wtrysku paliwa w silniku o zaplonie samoczynnym charakteryzuje sie tym, ze zawiera czujnik pomiarowy emisji akustycznej (2), usytuowany jak najblizej wtryskiwacza (1) i dociskany do miejsca pomiarowego stala wartoscia sily, a czujnik (2) polaczony jest z rejestratorem (3) zawierajacym wewnatrz analizator widmowy (4) i blok zasilania (5), którego wyjscie polaczone jest z komputerem.
