Abstract
Maszyna do brykietowania materiałów pochodzenia roślinnego, zwłaszcza nie pociętej słomy, w cyklu technologicznym obejmującym zagęszczenie materiału roślinnego, ukształtowanie brykietu w formie wałka bez końca ma osłonę (1) w postaci segmentowego poziomego cylindra o przekroju kołowym, wewnątrz którego znajdują się cztery obrotowe walce o zewnętrznych powierzchniach roboczych w kształcie stożka ściętego umiejscowione z jednej strony w płycie w korpusie (3) oraz z drugiej strony w obrotnicy (4) w korpusie (3) oraz posiada obrotowy inicjujący trzpień z czopem osadzonym w gnieździe łożyska (6) w płycie korpusu (3). Ponadto posiada połączone ze sobą sterownik elektroniczny z zadajnikiem (10), momentomierz, sterownik elektroniczny z zadajnikiem (10), rozdzielacz elektromagnetyczny i siłownik dwustronnego działania. Maszyna przeznaczona jest jako wyposażenie ciągów technologicznych do wytwarzania paliw energetycznych z odnawialnych źródeł energii. An increase in the range and precision of the settings of the operating parameters was obtained, i.e. the size of the degree of roll compaction created by the rolling unit as a result of using a torque meter as a signal source of the actual resistance moment on the gear shaft, which, in relation to the spring systems used so far, gives a new quality, correctness and operational reliability of the machine.
