Abstract
Sposób wytwarzania polimeru siarki charakteryzuje się tym, że jest produktem modyfikacji ciekłej siarki odpadowej za pomocą 2-etylo-3-propyloakroleiny w obecności emulgatora kationowego i plastyfikatora 2-etyloheksanolu. Modyfikacja przeprowadzona jest w mieszalniku w mieszaninie o następującym składzie 96-99% wagowych siarki odpadowej, 0,5-3% wagowych modyfikatora 2-etylo-3-propyloakroleiny, 0,01-0,2% wagowych emulgatora kationowego 0,1-2% wagowych plastyfikatora 2-etyloheksanolu. Składniki mieszaniny są ogrzewane razem do temperatury 125-140°C przy ciągłym mieszaniu z prędkością obrotową mieszadła 150-450 obr./minutę w czasie 1,5 godziny.The method for producing sulfur polymer is characterized by the fact that it is a product of modification of liquid waste sulfur with 2-ethyl-3-propylacrolein in the presence of a cationic emulsifier and 2-ethylhexanol plasticizer. The modification is carried out in a mixer in a mixture with the following composition: 96-99% by weight of waste sulfur, 0.5-3% by weight of 2-ethyl-3-propylacrolein modifier, 0.01-0.2% by weight of cationic emulsifier 0.1-2 % by weight of 2-ethylhexanol plasticizer. The ingredients of the mixture are heated together to a temperature of 125-140°C with continuous mixing at a mixer speed of 150-450 rpm for 1.5 hours.
