Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wykonania grzejnika lazienkowego z aluminium i ze stopów aluminium, posiadajacego dwa kolektory pionowe, pomiedzy którymi osadzone sa poziome rurkowe elementy grzewcze. Pionowe kolektory o przekroju poprzecznym sa w ksztalcie zamknietego profilu i maja wzdluz jednej plaszczyzny wyfrezowane liniowo otwory. Sposób wykonania grzejnika polega na stalym polaczeniu poziomych elementów grzewczych z pionowymi kolektorami za pomoca polaczenia skurczowego poprzez wlozenie znajdujacych sie w zakresie temperatur od temperatury -78,5°C do -195,8°C poziomych elementów grzewczych do nagrzanych kolektorów w zakresie temperatur od 250°C do 600°C. Koncowym etapem wykonania grzejnika jest poddanie go obróbce powierzchniowej poprzez anodowanie.
