Na powierzchni czolowej tarczy (1) znajduje sie wiecej niz jeden wystep spiralny w ksztalcie klina.The spiral tool for cross-rolling, multiple ball-type products, consisting of a disc and a hub, is characterized by the fact that on the face of the disc (1), near the outer diameter, there are three wedge-shaped protrusions (2, 3, 4) wedge-shaped, arranged symmetrically on the surface of the disc (1), gradually increasing its height and width, with the opening angle and the angle of inclination of the wedge side surfaces fixed, and behind the wedge protrusions (2, 3, 4) there are shaped protrusions (5 , 6, 7) spiral with intricate (14a, 14b, 15a, 15b, 16a, 16b) lateral surfaces, which form a pattern in the shape of rolled balls with a radius equal to the radius of the shaped ball, with spiral protrusions (5, 6, 7) they gradually increase their width and height, while at the final sections, in the middle, on the spiral protrusions (5, 6, 7) there are additional protrusions (11, 12, 13) separating the shape balls from semi-finished products, while behind the shaped protrusions (5, 6, 7) spiral, in the axis of the disc (1) there is a hole (17) with a diameter larger than the diameter of the shaped balls. There are cuts on the lateral surfaces of the (2, 3, 4) spiral wedges. There is more than one wedge-shaped spiral projection on the face of the disc (1).
