Wynalazek przedstawia konwerter energii cieplnej na energie elektryczna oparty o organiczny cykl Rankine'a zawierajacy obieg cieplny realizujacy ORC, obieg plynu roboczego oraz uklad sterowania, który charakteryzuje sie tym, ze zawiera zestaw zaworów, co najmniej dwa cisnieniowe, dwukomorowe zbiorniki (MC1, MC2) oraz turbogenerator (TG) napedzany przez plyn roboczy. Przedmiotem wynalazku jest równiez sposób przemiany gazowej energii sprezonego w cyklu ORC gazu roboczego na energie kinetyczna plynu roboczego charakteryzujacy sie tym, ze przemiana ta nastepuje w dwukomorowym zbiorniku cisnieniowym przedzielonym membrana.The invention presents a heat energy converter for electricity based on an organic Rankine cycle containing an ORC thermal circuit, a working fluid circuit and a control system that is characterized by having a set of valves, at least two pressure, two-chamber tanks (MC1, MC2) and a turbogenerator (TG) driven by the working fluid. The invention also relates to a method of converting the gaseous energy of the compressed energy in the ORC cycle of a working gas into the kinetic energy of a working fluid, characterized in that this transformation takes place in a two-chamber pressure vessel separated by a membrane.
