The device for drying and protecting building partitions against re-moistening, using the influence of the electric field on the direction of movement of water molecules ions and consisting of the power supply, generator and antenna, is characterized by the fact that the power supply (ZS) is connected in series with the generator (GEN ) connected to the antennas (ANT1, ANT2) constituting the electric field electrode, the dehumidifying device being powered from the building's electrical network, and the (PE) electric network cable is the opposite electric field electrode to which the AC adapter (ZS) is connected, what course of the generated field changes has a value relative to the ground up to 50 V and frequency up to 50 Hz while maintaining the monotonicity of changes in this field.
