Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wykorzystania, recyklingu pylów mineralnych powstalych zwlaszcza z odpylania kruszywa twardego, w procesie produkcji mieszanki betonowej przeznaczonej zwlaszcza do wytwarzania drobnowymiarowych elementów z betonu wibroprasowanego do zastosowania w budownictwie. Sposób produkcji charakteryzuje sie tym, ze do mieszanki betonowej dodaje sie pyly mineralne pochodzace z odpylania kruszywa twardego w ilosci 5% - 25% w stosunku do ilosci cementu miesza sie, a nastepnie formuje w procesie wibroprasowania, przy czym w pierwszym etapie dodaje sie kruszywo, nastepnie spoiwo - cement, wypelniacz w postaci pylów mineralnych, wode, oraz uplastyczniacz. Sposób obejmuje równiez mieszanke bebnowa wyprodukowana powyzszym sposobem.The subject of the invention is a method of using, recycling of mineral dusts formed, in particular, from the dedusting of hard aggregate, in the production of concrete mix intended, in particular, for the production of small-sized elements of vibro-pressed concrete for use in construction. The production method is characterized by the fact that mineral dust from the dedusting of hard aggregate is added to the concrete mix in the amount of 5% - 25% in relation to the amount of cement, mixed and then formed in the process of vibropressing, with the aggregate added in the first stage, then a binder - cement, a filler in the form of mineral dusts, water, and a plasticizer. The method also includes a drum mix produced by the above method.
