Abstract
Sposób wykonywania warstwy ochronnej zwłaszcza na ekranach szczelnych kotłów energetycznych polega na tym, że dwa ekrany szczelne (2) łączy się w parę, a następnie tak zespoloną parę ekranów szczelnych (2) wygrzewa się wstępnie w temperaturze od 300°C do 800°C korzystnie około 700°C, po czym przeznaczoną do pokrycia warstwą ochronną (1) powierzchnię ekranu szczelnego (2) oczyszcza się, zespoloną parę ekranów szczelnych (2) mocuje się w obrotniku i następnie podgrzewa się do temperatury od 80°C do 600°C korzystnie do około 300°C-450°C, następnie na oczyszczoną i podgrzaną powierzchnię zespolonej pary ekranów szczelnych (2) napawa się warstwę ochronną (1) przy czym warstwę ochronną nakłada się w zakresie grubości od 0,1 mm 3,0 mm korzystnie około 0,6 mm, następnie całą zespoloną parę ekranów szczelnych (2) z nałożoną warstwą ochronną (1) wygrzewa się końcowo w temperaturze pomiędzy 300°C a 800°C korzystnie około 700°C i utrzymuje się zadaną temperaturę przez okres od 10 minut do 600 minut korzystnie 15-30 minut, a na zakończenie procesu rozłącza się pokryte ekrany szczelne (2).
