Abstract
Kompozycja zawiera homogenna mieszanine obejmujaca koenzym Q10, dekstryne, witamine E, emulgator i korzystnie substancje przeciwzbrylajaca tworzaca mikrokapsulkowa strukture czasteczek. W przeliczeniu na calkowita ilosc mieszaniny zawiera korzystnie 5 do 46% wagowych koenzymu Q10, 10 do 40% wagowych emulgatora korzystnie soli sodowej oktenylobursztynianiu skrobiowego, 27 do 60% wagowych dekstryny, 1 do 3% wagowych witaminy E i 0,3 do 2% substancji przeciwzbrylajacej korzystnie dwutlenku krzemu i ewentualnie do 5% wody. Sposób wytwarzania kompozycji polega na tym, ze do mieszalnika z plaszczem grzewczym wprowadza sie wode procesowa ogrzewajac ja korzystnie 60 do 65°C i dodaje emulgator i dekstryne stale mieszajac, zas do odrebnego mieszalnika wprowadza sie wode ogrzewajac ja równiez do tej samej temperatury i dodaje sie stale mieszajac witamine E, substancje przeciwzbrylajaca oraz koenzymu Q10, po czym w jednym mieszalniku laczy sie roztwory i po wymieszaniu poddaje sie powstala emulsje procesowi homogenizacji w wysokocisnieniowym homogenizatorze a nastepnie suszy sie w suszarce rozpylowej do uzyskania stalej postaci mieszaniny. Rozpuszczalna guma do zucia zawierajaca kompozycje wodorozpuszczalnego koenzymu Q10, baze gumowa, wode, substancje utrzymujaca wilgoc, emulgator, substancje slodzace i ewentualnie inne substancje pomocnicze w ilosci co najmniej 18%, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze zawiera w kompozycji rozpuszczalny koenzym Q10 stanowiacy substancje czynna w kombinacji kompozycji z rozpuszczalna w wodzie baza gumowa, substancja teksturotwórcza i substancjami pomocniczymi, przy czym stosunek wagowy kompozycji koenzymu Q10 do bazy gumowej wynosi 200:1 do 1:10 korzystnie 40:1 do 1:2.The composition contains a homogeneous mixture including coenzyme Q10, dextrin, vitamin E, an emulsifier and preferably an anti-caking agent forming the microcapsule structure of the particles. Preferably, based on the total amount of the mixture, 5 to 46% by weight of coenzyme Q10, 10 to 40% by weight of emulsifier, preferably sodium octenyl succinate, 27 to 60% by weight dextrin, 1 to 3% by weight vitamin E and 0.3 to 2% of substance anti-caking agent preferably silicon dioxide and optionally up to 5% water. The method of producing the composition consists in the fact that the mixer with a heating coat is fed with process water, heating it preferably 60 to 65 ° C, and the emulsifier and dextrin are added while stirring, while a separate mixer is fed with water, heating it to the same temperature and it is added constantly mixing vitamin E, anti-caking agent and coenzyme Q10, then the solutions are combined in one mixer and after mixing the resulting emulsion is homogenized in a high-pressure homogenizer and then dried in a spray dryer to obtain a solid form of the mixture. Soluble chewing gum containing a composition of water-soluble coenzyme Q10, gum base, water, humectants, emulsifier, sweeteners and possibly other auxiliary substances in an amount of at least 18%, is characterized by containing soluble coenzyme Q10 as active ingredient a combination of compositions with a water-soluble gum base, texture-forming substance and excipients, wherein the weight ratio of coenzyme Q10 composition to gum base is 200: 1 to 1:10, preferably 40: 1 to 1: 2.
