Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób prowadzenia ciaglego procesu pirolizy odpadów tworzyw sztucznych i/lub odpadów gumowych i/lub odpadów organicznych, obejmujacy poddawanie tych skladników rozkladowi termicznemu w reaktorze pirolitycznym (1), bez dostepu powietrza, w temperaturze wynoszacej od 200 do 850°C, w warunkach cisnienia atmosferycznego lub podwyzszonego cisnienia lub obnizonego cisnienia. Sposób charakteryzuje sie tym, ze do komory reaktora pirolitycznego dozuje sie kompozycje chemicznego modyfikatora zawierajaca od 10 do 30% wagowych wody, od 20 do 80% wagowych co najmniej jednego alkoholu alifatycznego, od 5 do 15% wagowych karbamidu lub jego pochodnych typu R1R2N(CO)NR3R4, gdzie R1, R2, R3, R4 sa takie same lub rózne i stanowia grupy C1-C6, alkilowe, oraz od 5 do 15% wagowych monoacetyloferrocenu, przy czym kompozycje ta przed dozowaniem do reaktora (1) rozciencza sie dodatkowo woda tak, ze po rozcienczeniu zawiera od 5% wagowych kompozycji i 95% wagowych wody do 15% wagowych kompozycji i 85% wody. Wynalazek obejmuje równiez zastosowanie kompozycji chemicznego modyfikatora do prowadzenia takiego procesu pirolizy.
