Przyrzad zbudowany jest z korpusu stalego jakim jest prowadnica teleskopu (1), w którym umieszczony jest wysuwny teleskop (2), na koncach którego zamontowana jest obrotowa prowadnica (3) z rolka dociskowa i zaczep linki (4). Prowadnica teleskopu (1) wzdluz calej swej dlugosci, jest nacieta w taki sposób, zeby zaczep linki (4) mógl swobodnie przesuwac sie do góry w trakcie montazu izolacji papowych.
