Reaktor w postaci szczelnego zbiornika wyposazonego w urzadzenie wymuszajace cyrkulacje gnojowicy, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze wypelniony jest ksztaltkami (6, 7), korzystnie z tworzywa sztucznego. Ksztaltki posiadaja rozwiniete powierzchnie, na których znajduja sie szczepy bakterii odpowiedzialnych za fermentacje metanowa gnojowicy. Ksztaltka ma postac tulei, której zewnetrzna powierzchnia (8) i wewnetrzna powierzchnia (9) zawieraja wystepy (10) majace w przekroju poprzecznym ksztalt zblizony do trójkata. Ksztaltki (7) zawieraja dodatkowo na obwodzie cylindryczne podtoczenia.The reactor in the form of a sealed tank equipped with a device forcing the circulation of liquid manure is characterized by the fact that it is filled with shapes (6, 7), preferably made of plastic. The shapes have developed surfaces on which there are strains of bacteria responsible for the methane fermentation of liquid manure. The shape is in the form of a sleeve whose outer surface (8) and inner surface (9) contain projections (10) having a cross-section shape close to a triangle. The blocks (7) also contain cylindrical grooves along the perimeter.
