Abstract
Sposób zagospodarowania energii cieplnej w zakladach górniczych z centralna klimatyzacja wyrobisk dolowych polega na wykorzystaniu energii cieplnej odprowadzanej z chlodziarek jako czynnika grzewczego w instalacji ogrzewania powietrza wdechowego kopalni w okresie zimowym, a woda schlodzona w nagrzewnicach powietrza wdechowego jest kierowana do znanych wiez chlodniczych instalacji do produkcji chlodu, w których jest dochladzana do temperatury wynikajacej z procesu produkcji chlodu. Instalacje do stosowania tego sposobu w obrebie szybu (10) stanowia zabudowane poprzeczne w stosunku do przeplywajacego wlotowego powietrza nagrzewnice (9) woda/powietrze, powietrza wdechowego wprowadzanego do szybu (10), polaczone rurociagiem (7) i regulacyjna pompa (12) strumienia energii wlotowej w postaci cieklego czynnika grzewczego z chlodziarek (3, 4) oraz polaczone rurociagiem (7) i regulowana pompa (13) z co najmniej jedna wieza chlodnicza (8), a pompy (12 i 13) sprzezone sa z ukladem (11) pomiaru i regulacji temperatury powietrza wlotowego do szybu (10). Sposób i instalacja pozwala na znaczne zmniejszenie ilosci energii cieplnej odprowadzanej do atmosfery w zwiazku z produkcja wody lodowej dla potrzeb centralnej klimatyzacji wyrobisk dolowych oraz niezbednej do ogrzewania powietrza wlotowego do szybu.The way of utilizing thermal energy in mining plants with central air conditioning of underground excavations consists in using the thermal energy discharged from refrigerators as a heating medium in the mine inhalation air heating installation in the winter, and the chilled water in the inhalation air heaters is directed to known cooling towers for cooling installations in which it is cooled down to the temperature resulting from the cooling process. Installations for using this method within the shaft (10) are built-in transverse to the inlet air heaters (9) water / air, inspiratory air introduced into the shaft (10), connected by a pipeline (7) and a regulating pump (12) inlet in the form of a liquid heating medium with refrigerators (3, 4) and connected by a pipeline (7) and an adjustable pump (13) with at least one cooling tower (8), and the pumps (12 and 13) are connected to the system (11) and adjusting the intake air temperature to the shaft (10). The method and installation allows for a significant reduction in the amount of thermal energy discharged into the atmosphere in connection with the production of chilled water for the needs of central air conditioning of underground workings and for the intake air necessary for heating the shaft.
