Abstract

The method of producing phosphoric acid from ashes obtained after thermal treatment, in an oxidizing atmosphere at a temperature of 600-950 ° C, meat and bone waste from the meat industry, consists in the fact that in the first stage the ash dissolves in 24-48% phosphoric acid P2O5 at 75-95 ° C with a molar ratio of hydroxyapatite contained in the ash to phosphoric acid from 1: 2 to 1: 4, while in the second stage calcium sulfate solutions obtained in the first stage are lost with sulfuric acid 15-60 % H2SO4 at 85-95 ° C.
