Abstract

Palnik do zgazowywania i spalania biomasy, zwlaszcza peletek drewnianych, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma cylindryczna obudowe (1) palnika, wewnatrz której usytuowany jest wspólosiowo cylindryczny ruszt zgazowywujacy (2). Na obwodzie tego rusztu rozmieszczone sa otwory boczne (3), a od góry do obudowy (1) palnika przylega dysza dopalajaca (4). Ruszt (2) ma ksztalt dzwonu, odwróconego czescia górna do dolu, która stanowi dno (5) palnika z otworami dolnymi (6). W dnie (5) umocowany jest slupek napowietrzajacy (7) z otworami rozmieszczonymi na jego obwodzie. Obudowe (1) stanowi w dolnej czesci komora powietrzno-czyszczaca (8), do której od dolu przylaczony jest przewód powietrzny (13) i przewód napowietrzajacy (12). W komorze popielnika (9) usytuowana jest zasuwa odpopielajaca (10) i szuflada na popiól (11). Z boku do dyszy dopalajacej (4) doprowadzony jest skosnie, poprzez otwór (14), podajnik slimakowy (15).The biomass gasification and combustion burner, especially wood pellets, is characterized by the cylindrical housing (1) of the burner, inside of which the coaxial cylindrical gasification grate is located (2). On the perimeter of this grate there are side holes (3), and from above to the casing (1) of the burner there is an afterburner (4). The grate (2) has the shape of a bell, with the upper part downwards, which is the bottom (5) of the burner with the lower holes (6). The bottom (5) has an aeration post (7) with holes around its circumference. The housing (1) is in the lower part an air-cleaning chamber (8), to which the air hose (13) and the aeration hose (12) are connected from below. In the ash chamber (9) there is an ash removal slide (10) and ash drawer (11). From the side to the afterburner (4), the worm feeder (15) is diagonally fed through the hole (14).
