Abstract
Sposób wytwarzania polipropylenowych rur z surowca w postaci granulatu polipropylenowego w procesie wytlaczania, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze wytlacza sie mieszanine granulatu zawierajaca granulat uszlachetniony i granulat surowy w proporcji 1:10. Granulat uszlachetniony przygotowuje sie tak, ze do surowego granulatu polipropylenowego implantuje sie nanoczastki srebra w ten sposób, ze surowy granulat poddaje sie naprzemiennie operacjom powlekania granulatu koloidalnym roztworem zawierajacym: weglowodór o temperaturze wrzenia ponizej 70°C: od 98% do 99,6% wagowo, srodek powierzchniowo czynny obnizajacy napiecie powierzchniowe: od 0,1% do 0,5% wagowo; srodek adhezyjny: od 0,1% do 0,5% wagowo; dyspergator: od 0,1% do 0,5% wagowo; modyfikator lepkosci: od 0,1% do 0,5% wagowo; nanoczastki srebra w otoczce z rodziny parafin, o rozmiarze od 3 nm do 8 nm, w stezeniu 50.000 ppm; oraz suszenia powleczonego roztworem granulatu w temperaturze ponizej 70°C az do uzyskania stezenia nanoczastek srebra w granulacie na poziomie od 500 ppm do 1000 ppm wagowo, przy czym z mieszaniny granulatu wytlacza sie co najmniej wewnetrzna warstwe rury.
