The device is characterized by the fact that the central unit (1) has a two-way radio module (4) connected to the radio with temperature sensors (5), and the central unit (1) is connected to the three-way valve module (6), the central heating pump module ( 7), the DHW pump module (8), the thermometer module (9), the flow meter module (10) and the valve module (11).
