Smar plastyczny biodegradowalny zawiera 75 do 95 części masowych syntetycznego oleju poliolestrowego, otrzymanego w reakcji syntezy kwasów monokarboksylowych C5 – C10 i wyższych kwasów tłuszczowych oraz alkoholi wielowodorotlenowych o strukturze neopentylu, takich jak trimetylolopropan, 3 do 20 części masowych nieorganicznego zagęszczacza typu montmorylonitu modyfikowanego solą amoniową, 0,1 do 5,0 części masowych aminowego inhibitora utlenienia typu alkilowanej fenylo-α-naftyloaminy i/lub oktylowanej difenyloaminy, 0,1 do 10 części masowych inhibitora korozji typu obojętnego alkilonaftalenosulfonianu wapnia oraz 0,1 do 10 części masowych polimerowego dodatku typu poliizobutylenu i/lub kopolimeru styrenu i butadienu.
