Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest plytka do zespalania zlaman wyrostka klykciowego z galezia zuchwy, po jego zlamaniu na skutek urazu. Plytka (1) sklada sie z dwóch ramion (2 i 3), polaczonych ze soba u góry i rozchylonych u dolu. Rozchylone ramiona (2 i 3) sa u dolu polaczone poprzeczka (4). U góry plytki (1), w miejscu laczenia ramion (2 i 3), znajduja sie otwory (5) na sruby do mocowania plytki (1) w wyrostku klykciowym. Otwory (5) sa rozlozone na planie trójkata, w którym najwyzej znajduje sie jeden otwór szczytowy, ponizej którego sa dwa inne otwory. U dolu plytki (1), na ramionach (2 i 3), znajduja sie otwory (6 i 7) na sruby do mocowania plytki w galezi zuchwy. Otwory (6 i 7) ustawione sa w ten sposób, ze górne otwory znajduja sie na ramionach (2 i 3) w miejscu laczenia poprzeczki (4) z ramionami (2 i 3), a kolejne otwory znajduja sie ponizej otworów górnych.The subject of the invention is a plate for anastomosis of the condyles from the mandible branch, after its fracture due to injury. The plate (1) consists of two arms (2 and 3) joined together at the top and parted at the bottom. The open arms (2 and 3) are connected at the bottom with a crossbar (4). At the top of the plate (1), where the arms (2 and 3) are joined, there are holes (5) for screws for fixing the plate (1) in the condylar process. The holes (5) are arranged on a triangular plan, in which there is one peak aperture, below which there are two other holes. At the bottom of the plate (1), on the arms (2 and 3), there are holes (6 and 7) for screws for fixing the plate in the mandible branch. The holes (6 and 7) are positioned so that the upper holes are on the arms (2 and 3) where the crossbar (4) joins the arms (2 and 3), and the next holes are located below the upper holes.
