Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest moduł ekranu akustycznego, zwłaszcza dla torowisk kolejowych, w którym rama (18) płyty (1) dźwiękochłonnej, dźwiękoizolacyjnej lub rozpraszającej połączona jest ze słupem wsporczym (2) ruchomym ramieniem (3), którego zaczepy, od strony słupa wsporczego (2) oraz ramy (18) płyty (1) są w postaci podwójnego zawiasu (4, 5) o osiach obrotu wzajemnie prostopadłych. Zawias (4) ruchomego ramienia (3) ma konstrukcję przegubową z osią obrotu na sworzniu przegubu, natomiast zawias (5) słupa wsporczego (2) i ramy (18) płyty (1) jest w kształcie szczęki, uformowanej korzystnie z dwóch ceowników, połączonych z boków rozłącznie, korzystnie za pomocą śrub. Ruchome ramię (3) oraz słup wsporczy (2) wyposażony jest w uchwyty, przez które przeciągnięte jest cięgno (15) z regulatorem (16) siły naciągu i ustawienia płyty (1) dźwiękochłonnej, dźwiękoizolacyjnej lub rozpraszającej. Ruchome ramię (3) ekranu składa się z dwóch profili, połączonych rozłącznie przegubowo, korzystnie sworzniem lub teleskopowo, przy czym ruchome ramię (3) ekranu oraz profile wykonane są w postaci stalowych kształtek o przekroju okrągłym lub wielokątnym.
