Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku sa trwale kompozycje zapachowe na bazie zywicy fenolowo-formaldehydowej typu rezolowego i sposób ich wytwarzania, majace zastosowanie w ukladach z matryca polimerowa. Trwala kompozycja zapachowa na bazie zywicy fenolowo-formaldehydowej typu rezolowego stanowi zywica rezolowa otaczajaca zwiazek zapachowy w ilosci co najmniej 5:2 w stosunku wagowym zywica:zwiazek zapachowy. Sposób wytwarzania polega na tym, ze do zywicy rezolowej dodaje sie wode w ilosci wagowej co najmniej 1:3, po czym dodaje sie co najmniej 0,03 g emulgatora, nastepnie co najmniej 0,1 g rozcienczonego kwasu mineralnego (o stezeniu ok. 10-15%) i co najmniej 0,4 g zwiazku zapachowego, dalej calosc podgrzewa sie w temperaturze 60-100°C, korzystnie 80°C przy jednoczesnym mieszaniu do momentu uzyskania jednolitej kompozycji w postaci stalego proszku, a nastepnie kompozyt odsacza sie i suszy.The subject of the invention are permanently fragrance compositions based on resol-phenol-formaldehyde resin and the method of their preparation, applicable in polymer matrix systems. The permanent fragrance composition based on the resol-type phenol-formaldehyde resin is a resol resin surrounding the fragrance in an amount of at least 5: 2 in a weight ratio resin: fragrance. The method of preparation consists in adding water to the resol resin in an amount of at least 1: 3, after which at least 0.03 g of emulsifier is added, followed by at least 0.1 g of diluted mineral acid (concentration approx. 10 -15%) and at least 0.4 g of fragrance, then the whole is heated at a temperature of 60-100 ° C, preferably 80 ° C with simultaneous mixing until a homogeneous composition in the form of a solid powder is obtained, and then the composite is drained and dried .
