Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sensybilizowany barwnikiem modul ogniw slonecznych, stosowany zwlaszcza jako komponent fasad budynków oraz sposób jego wytwarzania. Modul ogniw slonecznych, sklada sie z dwóch substratów szklanych, których powierzchnie wewnetrzne pokryte sa cienka warstwa tlenku cyny dotowanego fluorem (SnO2:F), przewodzaca prad elektryczny, z których jeden tworzacy fotoelektrode danego ogniwa tego modulu zawiera naniesiony na nia tlenek tytanu (IV) (TiO2) o porowatej strukturze, absorbujacej barwnik, a drugi z nich tworzacy przeciwelektrode tego samego ogniwa, modulu pokryty jest nanomaterialem katalitycznym korzystnie platyna. Substraty z kolei polaczone sa ze soba kontaktami srebrnymi i elementami uszczelniajacymi ogniwa tego modulu wykonanymi z fryty szklanej, lub z innego materialu amorficznego, przy czym utworzone pomiedzy tymi fotoelektrodami i przeciwelektrodami o odpowiednim ich profilu przestrzenie wypelnione sa elektrolitem, przy czym, jego fotoelektrody (9) i przeciwelektrody (10) stanowiace ogniwa tego modulu maja profil sinusoidalny (14), a w utworzonej pomiedzy nimi przestrzeni (15) znajduje sie mieszanina (16) utworzona z barwnika i elektrolitu. Istota sposobu wytwarzania sensybilizowanego barwnikiem modulu ogniw slonecznych polega na tym, ze fotoelektrody (9) i przeciwelektrody (10) oraz ich srebrne kontakty przewodzace (13) i uszczelnienia (12) wykonuje sie technika sitodruku o ksztalcie sinusoid (14), a utworzone pomiedzy nimi przestrzenie (15) wypelnia sie wieloskladnikowa mieszanina (16) utworzona ze skladników barwnika i skladników elektrolitu.
