Abstract

Sposób transformacji produktów ubocznych w procesie syntezy bisfenolu A (BPA) polega na tym, ze roztwór produktów ubocznych i p,p'-BPA w fenolu, zawierajacy nie wiecej niz 18% izomeru p,p'-BPA, nie wiecej niz 0,5% wody oraz nie mniej niz 0,15 mola izomeru o,p'-BPA na 1 mol p,p'-BPA i co najmniej 0,01 mola trisfenoli na 1 mol p,p-BPA kontaktuje sie w temperaturze nie nizszej niz 60°C i nie wyzszej niz 80°C z objetosciowo-przestrzennym natezeniem przeplywu nie wiekszym niz 2,0 m3/(mk3.h) z makroporowata, sulfonowa zywica jonowymienna w formie wodorowej o bimodalnej strukturze jonów, przy czym sumaryczna objetosc porów o promieniach nie wiekszych niz 20 nm w tej zywicy jest mniejsza niz 0,5 ml/g, a sumaryczna objetosc porów o promieniach w zakresie od 20 nm do 100 nm jest wieksza niz 0,8 ml/g.
